Ironlev Magnetic suspension is obtained by coupling a magnetic slider (equipped with permanent magnets) with an iron rail, enabling to bear loads up to 1500 kg without any electricity.
The levitation removes any sliding friction and component wear so the movement is freed from the weight, overcoming the limits due to the wheel.

The window moves along the rail effortlessly and without any sliding friction, overcoming the weight limits of traditional wheeled systems.

MODULARITY
The composition of the sliders allows to determine the number of sliders as a function of the sash weight.
Unlike traditional wheel systems, magnetic levitation distributes the weight of profile and glass evenly among each slider, making it possible to design large openings with minimal frames.

The extremely low wear of the elements composing the slider ensures high durability and lifetime. The system is designed and tested for superior performances in terms of corrosion resistance.

The Ironlev system is designed for easy and safe installation.
The sliders are assembled by using special accessories that guide the system in the proper position.
In addition, the system includes junction and rail fixing elements.
SAFETY
The slider is intrinsically safe: the magnetic field is totally confined insider slider section, eliminating external magnetic dispersions. This allows an adoption inside domestic environments by placing the system in the lower node, inside the frame.

Magnetic suspension enables the adoption of multiple sliders aligned to distribute equally the load.
The system is available in different configurations, single rail for extremely compact frames, double rail for higher loads or it can be recessed for a beautiful, flush threshold.
